GBR Phoenix Beard has announced that Richard Fletcher-Brewer has rejoined its team as an Associate Director in a newly created position based in London. ‘Fletch,’ as he is widely known, will work alongside Investment Agency Director Steve Benson and Tom Edgar to enhance the firm’s capital markets offering. A significant proportion of GBR Phoenix Beard’s transactional activity originates in London and the new role will give the firm an increased profile. GBR Phoenix Beard’s London office in Cavendish Square already employs around 15 people but has historically focused on the retained asset management and building surveying aspects of the business.

Richard Fletcher-Brewer added:

Richard Fletcher-Brewer originally worked in the commercial markets team for GBR/GBR Phoenix Beard from 2010, leaving in September 2013 to take up a role in Hong Kong with Jones Lang LaSalle. He has returned to the UK following 12 months overseas.
