Pegasus Planning Consultants has expanded operations at Equinox, its Almondsbury base, following a deal brokered by Colliers International and Williams Gunter Hardwick.
The firm – which provides expert advice for town planning, environmental planning, urban design, sustainability, landscape design, renewable and retail clients – has taken an additional 2,623 sq ft at Equinox in Almondsbury on the thriving North Bristol fringe.
Andrew Hardwick from Williams Gunter Hardwick said: “Pegasus needed additional space to cope with increased business activity and has taken a longer term on their existing first floor office and also expanded into the ground floor.”
Pegasus has agreed a 10 year lease with a five year break bringing their total occupancy to 6,773 sq ft.
Other occupiers in the immediate vicinity include Kerry Foods, the RAC and TSB.
James Preece of Colliers International added: “Equinox was recently refurbished and offers exceptional car parking levels along with a number of facilities fast becoming standard in the commercial property sector such as bike storage and shower facilities.”
The deal follows a 6,500 sq ft letting earlier in the year to Cambridge Silicon Radio.
James Preece concluded: “Equinox offers one of the largest open plan floorplates in the north Bristol area and benefits from having been refurbished and modernised internally and externally, which makes the office stand out from the competition in the immediate area.
“The north Bristol market has seen a dramatic increase in take up during 2014 and Equinox offers the perfect balance of space and location near the M4/M5 interchange.”
