Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) has reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.31 for the third quarter of 2014. Third-quarter fee revenue totaled $1.2 billion, up 19 percent from the third quarter of 2013.
Ian Cornock, lead director for the Birmingham offices of JLL said: “The third quarter results and reported earnings, up 55 per cent on the same period last year, clearly demonstrates continued growing confidence in the global property markets which is also reflected at a regional level. As the Midlands’ region goes into the fourth quarter we believe we are heading towards a record year for revenue.
“2015 also looks to set new highs as major infrastructure projects reach completion, focusing attention on the city and if the ‘Greater Birmingham’ debate reaches a positive conclusion, we will probably be in one of the best positions in the city’s history to secure sustainable future growth for the region’s economy and be seen as a serious contender for greater Foreign Direct Investment.”
