Situated just five miles from Birmingham City Centre, 9 Quinton Business Park occupies an enviable position in St Modwen’s prestigious business development which offers superb transport links to the surrounding area, located just off Junction 3 of the M5 motorway.
The building is currently occupied by The Independent Police Complaints Commission and The Health & Safety Executive.
The building was purchased by leading active investment manager, Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd for £4.32 million.

The receipt generated by the sale is allocated as part of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP City Deal which uses locally generated receipts from HCA assets to unlock delivery of public land to support further growth and investment in the area, thereby creating additional local benefit.
