Primmer Olds have recently completed the sales and lettings of office buildings in the small, historic town of Wickham, north of Fareham.
The offices varied in character and size and were swiftly scooped up by local organisations. One of the main attractions was The Barn, Beechleigh, having been converted from an agricultural barn to commercial offices back in 2003.
With the constant flow of enquiries received, Wickham continues to be the focal location for independent businesses and it’s not surprising being an attractive and characteristic location within easy reach of the M27.
