Acting on behalf of Marshalls plc, CBRE’s Liverpool Industrial Agency team has sold a three acre site in Wrexham to independent builders’ merchants, Huws Gray Ltd. Legat Owen represented Huws Gray Ltd.
The three acre site is on Llay Industrial Estate, 4.5 miles north of Wrexham town centre. Huws Gray Ltd, which is a leading builders’ merchant in the North West and North Wales, has acquired the site as part of an expansion programme.
