The Leeds office of CBRE has appointed Jenni Dobbs as Senior Surveyor within its Building Consultancy team from GVA. Jenni joins CBRE’s expanding team which has recently been instructed on a number of new build and refurbishment projects across the region including acting as Monitoring Surveyor for the JESSICA Fund to work on high-profile schemes such as the first speculative industrial development in Yorkshire for six years at Advanced Manufacturing Park in South Yorkshire.
