CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team has let Units 1 & 2, totalling 34,879 sq ft, on Speke Approach in Widnes. CBRE has completed deals to new tenants, IPP Mardale Ltd and Jones Lighting.
Units 1 and 2 at Speke Approach represent a total 34,879 sq ft of modern warehouse accommodation. The two units are situated immediately off the roundabout junction of the Knowsley Expressway and Speke Road and the estate is within a short distance of the M62 (Junction 6) whilst M56 (Junction 12) is also close by.
Both units offered high quality, two storey office accommodation with separate parking in an established and easily accessible industrial location.
