GVA has expanded its office agency team in Bristol with the appointment of Alex Riddell as Senior Surveyor. His appointment comes at a time when the Bristol office is experiencing strong growth. The office agency team in particular has just been placed at the top of the Estates Gazette league table for Bristol agents for the first time. His role will include advising on acquisition and marketing of office space for a range of clients in Bristol and the South West.
Alex graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Business Property Management, and first worked for Parrys in South Wales, gaining experience across the office, industrial and retail sectors. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
