Colliers International has bolstered its National Offices team with the appointment of a new Graduate Surveyor in its Birmingham office.
Sam Cooke joins from independent firm, Cottons Chartered Surveyors in Birmingham where he spent 16 months obtaining a solid grounding in the surveying profession working across disciplines such as; property auctions, property sales, commercial lettings, and property and estate management.
Working closely with Directors, Matt Long and Douglas Bonham, Sam will provide support across a host of high profile instructions for the Birmingham office, which include: Hines & Moorfield Group’s Brindleyplace, St Modwen’s Quinton Business Park, Tristan Capital’s Fort Dunlop and Sterling Property Venture//M&G’s Lumina.
On the new addition to the team, Matt Long, Director, National Office, Colliers International said: “Colliers is building a strong agency presence in the Midlands and this is reflected in our involvement in some of the region’s most high profile schemes and deals such as Vodafone and Siemens’ regional acquisitions.
