Goadsby, on behalf of a private client, have sold Plots 5 and 6 Old Brickyard Road, Sandleheath Industrial Estate near Fordingbridge to Delichon Ltd. The site extends to approximately 1.6 acres and the quoting price was £515,000 exclusive of VAT.
Delichon intend to build their own HQ with a superb architect design reception/showroom.
