The Harris Lamb trophy cabinet continues to grow after the Birmingham-based agency team was presented with three accolades at the CoStar Agency Awards.
The business was awarded top West Midlands industrial agents within the availability, acquisitions and instructions categories at the prestigious industry ceremony.
Harris Lamb topped the leader-board with 471 instructions, 593,953sq ft in acquisitions and 6,823,279 sq ft in availability between July 2013 and June 2014.
Charles D’Auncey, director at Harris Lamb, said that the business was delighted with its success.
“This year has been a great year for the business in terms of impact within the industrial market, with Harris Lamb’s role in major projects including the new Vax design and build site in Droitwich and the Freeman HQ in Coventry – both of which helped secure these awards.
