Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 222b Old Christchurch Road to Mr Ioan Dragos Dinu who will use the space as a tattoo studio.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 401 sq ft with additional storage. The quoting rental was £12,000 per annum, exclusive and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease.
