Goadsby Commercial and Ian Scott are pleased to have successfully let 100 High Street, Winchester, on behalf of Hampshire Properties Ltd.
The property has been let to Caracoli, a local coffee firm with a successful and popular business already operating in Alresford.
Winchester High Street has traditionally attracted a decent mix of national retailer, and more local, boutique operators, and Caracoli will no doubt be a welcome addition to the list.
