A North Somerset industrial estate is now fully occupied following the arrival Euro Car Parts into its last remaining space.
The company has let Units 3 & 4 on Pottery Close in Weston-Super-Mare on a 10 year lease. Sole agents DTZ agreed the letting on behalf of the landlord, Aberdeen Asset Management.
The mid and end terrace warehouse units comprise 9,737 sq ft industrial space on a 0.48 acre plot and are located in an established commercial location off Winterstoke Road and within 1.5 miles of Weston town centre. Nearby occupiers include National Tyres & Autocare, Jewson, and Brunel Ford, as well as the newly refurbished Weston Retail Park.
The deal closely follows the letting of Unit 5 comprising 3,975 sq ft to Autoserv Car & Bike Limited who took occupation earlier this year following fit out.
