Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 19 Southbourne Grove to the Oakhaven Hospice Trust and Help & Care charities, who will be using the space as a charity shop.
The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail area of 735 sq ft with additional storage found at basement level, and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease. The quoting rental was £16,500 per annum exclusive.
