Humberts have recently agreed the letting 1/1A St James Street, Taunton, Somerset on behalf of their clients, The Taunton Heritage Trust. The property had a prominent location on the corner of North Street and St James Street opposite Debenhams department store in a prime retail pitch within the town centre.
The three storey building was available at a quoting rent of £45,000 per annum. The upper floors had their own entrance and there was potential to convert the first and second floor into residential accommodation.

The property will be refurbished before occupation which will improve this popular end of the town of St James Street and Riverside Place”.
