In addition, we have also let Unit 5 to Motor Fix Auto Centre with the industrial unit having a gross internal area of 244.23 sq m (2,628 sq ft) and was available at a quoting rent of £9,950 per annum.

Humberts tried to find a tenant or purchaser to take the whole property without success and advised the client to divide the building into 5 self contained industrial units which they have now let to set up an investment property for the client.”
The property attracted strong interest due to its location facing on to the M5 motorway with the building offering a variety of sizes and rents starting from £4,950 per annum, so were attractive to a range of occupiers; meaning that the vacant units were able to be let within a short period.
