Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, the Southampton based commercial property consultants, is expanding its workforce having recently taken on two new members of staff to assist its growing client base and workload. Emily Walden BSc (Hons) has joined as a Graduate Surveyor to assist with commercial agency and lease advisory services, and Susie Stanghan-Batch has joined as Property Accounts Assistant to assist the property management department.
Emily has moved down from Yorkshire and recently graduated from Northumbria University with a 2:1 Honours degree in Estate Management. Susie, who lives in Romsey, is an experienced book-keeper having worked in finance and administration for many years.

We are involved in many exciting property projects and the number of commercial properties we look after for clients continues to increase. These appointments are a valuable addition to our growing team and will help us deliver the best possible service to our clients.”
