Property consultancy Alder King has made three new appointments in its Bristol and Exeter offices to serve a growing number of new instructions.
Lucy Round has been appointed as a senior surveyor in the practice’s investment department in Bristol. Lucy has relocated from London where she worked for Sainsbury’s Supermarkets in its property investment team. Previously Lucy worked for CBRE specialising in London and south east business space Capital Markets.
Laurie Marsh and Matthew Burnett have been appointed to Alder King’s building consultancy teams in Bristol and Exeter. Laurie joins from the property management division of Ocean Lettings in Bristol. She transferred to building surveying after completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying at the University of West of England.
Matt Burnett has joined Alder King’s Exeter office after seven years with Bailey Partnership in Exeter where he worked on a variety of projects in the education, defence, commercial and residential sectors.
