The agents on Herald Industrial Estate in Hedge End have just completed the lettings of the only two vacant units in the scheme asset managed by Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of USS. The units, comprising 3,700 sq ft and 6,444 sq ft have been let to Prism Windows who were already on the scheme and have expanded into a larger unit with the continuing growth of their business, and M&P Cards have relocated to a larger and more modern unit.
