Retail and leisure property specialists, Kitchen La Frenais Morgan (KLM) have appointed Richard Flood as Surveyor in their retail agency team.
Richard joins from Zurich-headquartered retail real estate agency, The Location Group, where he was responsible for launching a new London office and advised a number of retail brands on the UK and international markets.
After graduating from Oxford Brookes University, Richard trained at Cushman & Wakefield, before being seconded to work with Apple on sourcing prospective retail sites in Europe and emerging markets.
At KLM, Richard will be working across the UK for the agency’s established client base. He will also have involvement with international markets via The International Retail Network, which was co-founded by KLM in 2006 and provides seamless cross-border advice across Europe and the US.
