GBR Phoenix Beard and Eco FM have been appointed to manage Scarborough Group International’s £200 million UK property portfolio.
Scarborough Group is a UK international real estate investor and developer. Within the UK, Scarborough Group’s portfolio consists of 40 commercial properties, valued at around £200 million, including offices and commercial parks in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and major regional centres such as Leeds, Sheffield, Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast and the South East. GBR Phoenix Bear will act as managing agents, whilst Eco FM will undertake facilities management services.
The jewel in Scarborough Group’s crown is the mixed-use Thorpe Park development off junction 46 of the M1, six miles east of Leeds which is one of the most successful business parks in the north of England. The forthcoming phases of the scheme will include an additional 1,500,000 sq ft of development including a foodstore, further retail, hotels, leisure and restaurants alongside business space and 145 acres of parkland.
