Six new appointments and four promotions have been announced by Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP in both its London and Bristol offices, as part of its planned expansion.
The London office is introducing a new Business Space department to handle the firm’s growing number of office and industrial instructions, including acquisition/disposal work on behalf of ATS Euromaster. Chris Wright has joined from Keningtons as an Associate Director to head up the department.
Gemma-Jane Ogden has joined the Investment department, based in Bristol, as a Senior Surveyor covering all aspects of the market nationwide. Gemma-Jane joins from Alder King where she obtained over 4 years’ experience in the south west market.
Natasha Kitson has joined the Property & Asset Management team from Mainstay Residential expanding the team further following a number of new management instructions and the inclusion of Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP on the Crown Commercial Services Estates Professional Services Framework RM928.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has also appointed three new graduates. Edward Hoccom joins the Project & Building Consultancy team in the London office; Tamsyn Angove joins the Project & Building Consultancy team and Hannah Batchelor has joined the Property & Asset Management team, both based in the Bristol office.
In addition to the new appointments, Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP has made a number of promotions.
Marc Cross and Adam Cooper have both been promoted to Directors. Marc is in charge of the expanding Project and Building Consultancy team, based in the company’s London office covering the whole of the UK. Adam is a member of the Property & Asset and Management team in the Bristol office and is primarily responsible for the management of the Co-operative Group portfolio covering the South West and Wales.
Bhavesh Yagnik has been promoted to an Associate Director in the Property & Asset Management team in the London office and has recently been appointed to manage the portfolio owned by the London Olympic Legacy Group.
Katie Bohin has been promoted to Senior Surveyor in the Property & Asset Management team based in the Bristol office and has been closely involved in the asset management of the Avon & Somerset Police portfolio.
