Knight Frank has announced its annual financial results reporting a record £392.7m turnover and £136.6m profit, for the year ended 31 March 2014.
Matt Phillips, Managing Partner at the Knight Frank office in Cardiff, said: “These are fantastic results and reaffirm what a well-run business we have, with its partnership structure which is geared to giving clients the best possible service.
The regional markets have picked up significantly in the last 12 months alongside the existing strong London performance. Looking forward, our success will continue to be very much down to the quality of our people and this is particularly true in Cardiff, where we have a fantastic team together with some exciting plans for the coming months.”
Knight Frank in Cardiff is active on many of the key commercial property projects in South Wales, including the JR Smart office buildings in Capital Quarter, a major acquisition on behalf of Legal and General, and the forthcoming sales of Oakleigh House and 2 Callaghan Square.
