Miller Commercial Chartered Surveyors has been dealing in commercial property in Cornwall since 1994.
Today the company, which is based at Mansion House in Truro, employs 25 staff working across its Commercial; Valuations; Business Transfer and Property Management departments.
Partners Peter Heather, Mike Nightingale and Brian Botting decided to mark the firm’s 20th Anniversary by launching a new corporate identity and website.
They have decided to retain the Miller name, synonymous with property agencies in Cornwall and as a nod to the company’s heritage, but they also wanted brand imagery which reflected the company’s progressive attitude looking to the future.
Brand Consultant Chris Simmons was brought in to come up with the design. He was delighted when the directors accepted his updated vision.
He says “The inspiration was to reflect the dynamism and character of Cornwall in the South West’s leading business property specialists.”
The rebrand also includes the development of a new website designed to include more information about Miller Commercials different services and more user friendly to reflect the growing number of people using their tablets and smart phones to search for business premises.
It was put together by Web Developers at Altcom based in Penzance. Altcom’s Director John Cowles says “The new Miller Commercial website has been rebuilt from the ground up using the latest web technology with a responsive design that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
The new web platform will enable the business to develop its marketing strategy across the region and keep it at the forefront of the industry.”

It’s the fourth year running the company has received the award which recognises the agency has carried out more successful commercial property transactions than any other property agency operating in Cornwall in the period from 1st May 2013 to 30th July 2014.
