London Clancy have secured new occupiers for the former Soils Limited premises at Brunel House, Chalcroft Business Park, West End, Southampton.
LCM Environmental Limited have taken over approx. 1,103 sq ft (102.47 sq m) of ground floor office and stores.
Soils have relocated to facilitate their continued expansion.
