Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully let a fifth unit at a newly refurbished Salisbury business complex in the space of three months.
Partners at the High Street company acted on behalf of the landlord to agree terms for the suite at Barnack Business Park in Blakey Road.
The transaction for a new full repairing and insuring six year lease was completed with Midas Tours Ltd.
It comes hot on the heels of Myddelton & Major agreeing a new 10-year lease with rehabilitation costs specialist Jacqueline Webb and Company for four units at the park in July.
Rachael Ward, a chartered surveyor at Myddelton & Major, said: “Quality offices unit of this kind are becoming increasingly in demand.
“We have successfully completed two leases in quick succession at Barnack Business Park.
“This latest letting is one of a series of new lease deals we are progressing for office space across the area.”
Midas Tours Ltd has taken the lease on unit 8. The units have recently been refurbished with new suspended ceilings, lighting, heating, carpets and kitchens.
The Barnack Business Centre has 27 units and is close to the A36 Southampton Road.
It is near Wiltshire College and commercial users on the adjoining Milford Trading Estate, while other tenants at the centre include Abicare Services Ltd.
