Experienced Chartered Surveyor, Jo Keene, BSc MRICS has joined regional Commercial Property Agents, London Clancy.
Jo, was formerly with Dreweatt Neate and more recently Carter Jonas in Newbury. She previously co-owned a property business in Winchester and Hook.
Working with businesses to find the perfect property solution is what gives Jo a real buzz.

As a well respected surveyor within the commercial agency field, Jo has excellent experience and numerous contacts throughout Newbury, Andover, Winchester, Basingstoke and Blackwater Valley.
Jo’s experience not only includes commercial agency work, the letting, sales and purchase of all types of commercial premises, but also consultancy and corporate real estate work.
Outside of work Jo developed an interest in the sport of fencing – she sharpened her sword skills at regular practice sessions.
Initially based at London Clancy’s Basingstoke office, Jo will be taking a particular interest in the Winchester, Andover and Newbury areas.
