Leading property consultancy CBRE has announced the sale of a 1.31 acre development site at Centralpoint, Eurocentral to Peter Campbell (Sales) Ltd.
Plot B1, a level grass-covered site which has planning consent for the development of an industrial unit with office space, has been acquired for £200,000 by technical cutting tools supplier Peter Campbell (Sales) Ltd. The firm intends to use the site for a new 14,500 sq ft manufacturing and distribution centre.
David Rolwegan, associate director from CBRE, selling agent for the site, said: “Located on the outskirts of Glasgow and just 30 miles from Edinburgh, Centralpoint is an ideal location for commercial businesses looking to have fast and easy access to the central belt of Scotland.
“The team at Peter Campbell (Sales) will also be able to take advantage of the wide range of amenities available at the neighbouring Maxim Office Park, including a restaurant and coffee shop, an onsite nursery, a fitness and beauty centre and even a putting green.”
Existing Centralpoint occupiers include ACS Clothing ltd, Mentholatum Ltd and Trac Engineering Ltd.
