The offices measuring 988 sq ft have been let on a five year effectively full repairing lease for a rent of £10,800 per annum, the first three months rent free.
The tenant will occupy the premises for a minimum of 12 months. After this period the tenant will have the option to determine the lease on a minimum of three months prior written notice. The tenant will repay the three months rent free if they exercise the break option.
