Colliers International’s Birmingham investment property management team has been instructed to manage Parkgate shopping and leisure centre in Solihull.
Shirley Advance, a joint venture between Helical Bar and Coltham Developments, has instructed Colliers to manage the 160,000 sqftParkgate Shirley shopping and leisure scheme in Solihull. The £85m mixed use scheme which completed earlier this year is anchored by an 80,000 sqftAsdafoodstore and boasts 26 new shops, cafes and restaurants.
On the new instruction, Sophie Orme, Director and head of Collier’s specialist retail and shopping centre team, within the Birmingham Investment Property Management team, commented: “These latest instructions join existing instructions from high profile FTSE listed property companies such as British Land and Aviva.
