Trebor Developments LLP and Hortons’ Estate Ltd Joint Venture have secured TKMaxx and Burger King as further major tenants for their prestigious line up of occupiers at the Gateway Retail Park, Cannock. Terms have been agreed with TKMaxx for the long lease of a unit, extending to 12,000 sq ft, to which TKMaxx will further install a mezzanine first floor. A drive through unit will be developed for Burger King.
Trebor/Hortons’ have selected Clugston Construction as the contractor for the project and work will start on site by the end of September 2014 for completion in the second quarter of 2015.
Other tenants on the Gateway Retail Park include Sofa World and Costa Coffee. The multi-million pound development is being funded internally by the Trebor/Horton’s Joint Venture and is now 100% let prior to start on site.
