The property, comprising modern 2-storey semi-detached office, measures c. 3,290 sq.ft. and is situated on Bocam Park, a modern business park close to junction 35 of the M4 motorway. Other occupiers on the park include Clay Shaw Thomas, and the British Heart Foundation.
The property has been acquired for £272,000.
Datakom Ltd. are a telecoms business who have undergone rapid expansion in recent years, and are specialists in providing telephone systems and network services to a wide range of clients including Traveline Cymru & Specsavers.
