A new tenant is toasting their move into Brewery House in Salisbury city centre through Myddelton & Major.
Myddelton & Major successfully agreed a new 10 year lease with the business after marketing the ground floor office at an asking rent of £9,500 per annum.
Brewery House is a prominent office and retail complex on the corner of Milford Street and Gigant Street.
Myddelton & Major acted on behalf of the landlord to let suite one – measuring 944 sq ft (87.70 sq m) – to Winkworth Estate Agents.
Dean Speer, a partner at Myddelton & Major, said: “Demand is growing for city centre properties in our portfolio.
“Increasing numbers of businesses of all sizes and sector are seeking to either start-up or expand in Salisbury.
“We have successfully completed negotiations with a extensive range of businesses recently and expect our High Street offices to become even busier as more companies target the city.”
Brewery House has six suites with incentives and flexible lease terms available.
The new lease comes hot on the heels of recent successful city centre deals for Amali Jules jewellery shop, Occasions Cards and Thorntons, instrument restorer and maker Charles Collis and beauty therapist Decorum Therapies.
