An expanding provider of specialist staffing and managed services has leased additional head office space at a thriving business park in Hampshire.
Carbon60 – named after a bonding molecule – has signed 743 sq m (8,000 sq ft) at Delme 1, Delme Place, on the Cams Hall estate in Fareham.
The firm, with 55 people on site and a further 85 across the UK, sources engineers and technicians for leading companies around the world, from aerospace to railways.
Carbon60, also provides aerospace training courses and consultancy.
Commercial property consultancies Hughes Ellard and Lambert Smith Hampton are marketing Delme Place as joint agents. The building is owned by Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust.
A five-year lease was signed, for the new office space and the first floor, at £89,500 per annum.
Other occupiers at Delme Place are manpower consultancy Gerrell & Hard, data services specialist ServerHouse and Cobweb Solutions, the largest independent hosted exchange provider in Europe, delivering a range of hosted communication tools to more than 5,000 small and medium-sized business customers.
