Sustainability specialist David Eynon has joined Colliers International’s Bristol office, working closely with the award-winning Investment Property Management team.
David oversees the company’s Sustainability Solutions ‘Managed Programme’, working with clients to integrate sustainability across commercial real estate portfolios and built assets, to meet both regulatory and internal policy requirements and to generate resource consumption efficiencies.
Mike Bull, head of the Broad Quay based IPM team, said: “David’s appointment represents a further strengthening of Colliers International’s sustainability capabilities in Bristol.
“Colliers International is committed to its sustainability agenda, advising clients on the way properties are most efficiently and effectively managed.”
With a background in environmental consultancy, David’s career to date has focused on built environment sustainability service delivery across all sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, retail, domestic and defence.
David said: “As Bristol gears up for its year as European Green Capital in 2015, the city has further cemented its place as one of the leading advocates of the sustainability agenda in the UK.
“This is an exciting time for all, as the award recognises the city’s commitment to innovation and the increasing importance that high environmental performance is gaining across business and society in the region, including in the property and development sectors.”
