Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let Unit D, The Ferndown Centre to The Trussell Trust charity who will use the space for the sale of household items.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 999 sq ft and the quoting rental was £11,500 per annum, exclusive and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease.
