The Easter Group are delighted to announce the letting of almost 20,000 sq ft of brand new industrial/warehouse accommodation at their Easter Park, Aldermaston development in West Berkshire.
At the end of a very successful 2011, which has seen the number of occupiers on the park at its highest ever rate, two of the larger industrial units, numbers 42 and 46 have been let to NG Bailey and K2 Solar Ltd respectively.
Colin Brown, Development Director at Easter stated, “This is a huge boost for the scheme and also for the surrounding area. Neither of these deals are relocations from existing buildings. They both represent new investment in the area and are likely to bring new jobs as well. We have had a great year at Aldermaston, and look forward to letting or selling the last remaining units in 2012”.
Woodford and Company and Haslams acted on behalf of Easter Park and are offering office and industrial buildings at Aldermaston from 200 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft. either on a leasehold or freehold basis.
