Kärcher, globally renowned for their range of pressure washers and other cleaners, are to open their second company-owned UK store – in Nottingham.
Bristol-based Williams Gunter Hardwick have acquired a 474 sq m (5.104 sq ft) unit for Kärcher( UK) Ltd in a prominent location just off the main A162 Doncaster Road, at Unit 14 Poulton Drive, Daleside Road.
Their first company owned store was acquired in Bristol in October 2013, joining 14 existing independently owned UK Centers and an ever-growing list of Kärcher Centers worldwide.
Their new unit is 1.5 miles from the city centre and is located next to Topps Tiles. Kärcher secured on a new underlease from Topps Tiles for a term expiring 1 March 2022 at an initial rent of £30,000 pa and a rent review in March 2017.Kärcher will be undertaking a major refurbishment of the unit and plan to open in October with an official opening in early 2015.
