Specialist PVCu spray painting contractor, Technispray has expanded its business and acquired additional premises in Aston, Birmingham.
The company has taken a 4,892 sq ft unit on Portland Street in a deal brokered by DTZ on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society.
The unit comprises a single storey semi-detached industrial unit with 400 sq ft of office space and accommodates Technispray’s own dedicated coatings facility.
Technispray has acquired the premises to cater for its business expansion in the Aston area of Birmingham.
Jonathan Robinson of DTZ’s Industrial agency team, commented: “We are delighted that we have assisted Technispray to secure additional premises in Aston. The unit has been recently been refurbished and offers flexibility and room for future business growth. It is also very well located in a central location with good transport links in and out of Birmingham city centre and nationally via Junction 6 of the M6.”
David Kershaw, Managing Director at Technispray, commented on the move: “Jonathan Robinson of DTZ was most helpful to us in finding a new production facility so near to our head office in Catherine Street. We will, no doubt, be contacting DTZ again, in the near future as our business continues to grow.”
