Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully let and sold more premises in Wiltshire and Dorset.
The Salisbury-based company has completed negotiations on commercial property deals in Salisbury city centre, the busy Boscombe Down Business Park in Amesbury and upmarket premises in Semley.
Partners continued a strong run of recent transactions for Salisbury city-centre lets by bringing a new beauty salon into Beckett House in Bridge Street.
Decorus Therapies agreed to rent suite six in the distinctive complex after it was marketed at an asking rent of £6,750 per annum.

Myddelton & Major also acted the agent in the successful sale of Unit 12 at the Boscombe Centre on the busy Boscombe Down Business Park in Amesbury.
Myddelton & Major successfully completed negotiations for the sale on a quoted price of £52,500.

Myddelton & Major successfully agreed the new lease with Partnership Security Ltd for the upmarket premises at Chaldicott Barns at Semley on the Wiltshire/Dorset border.
The development – a conversion of barns into offices and warehouses – has scooped honours from the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) and Salisbury Civic Society.
