Commercial agents, London Clancy have secured a new letting of the last available 2,000 sq ft unit at Lion Court (Unit 18) to a local expanding company Just Salt Limited.
Lion Court, which is owned and managed by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, underwent a major refurbishment two years ago.
