Sanderson Weatherall, the national firm of chartered surveyors and commercial property specialists has grown its London team with the recruitment of Ian Vivian to Partner in its Valuation department.
The senior appointment comes on the back of considerable growth for the London arm of the national firm and reinforces the long term strategy of achieving sustainable, organic growth in the Capital.Further expansion is anticipated over the next 12 months to enhance the range of property services offered in the London area.

Mr Vivian offers over 14 years experience in real estate valuation, advising owners, occupiers, investors and lenders across a diverse range of property sectors. Primarily involved with property advisory work; valuation for lending, accounts and taxation purposes. Ian joins Sanderson Weatherall from Ernst & Young’s Real Estate Valuation team.
