Primmer Olds have recently let three industrial units in quick succession at the most recent phase of Belbins Business Park, Cupernham Lane, Romsey. Seab Energy have taken units 10 and 11 (3,400 sq.ft). Leisure Fayre have taken unit 14 (1,400 sq.ft).
Unit 12 and 13 are now the only new build units remaining on the estate, both of which extend to approximately 1,400 sq.ft. Unit 12, which is an end of terrace unit, has high level windows providing potential for an office mezzanine which could benefit from a very good level of natural light. The units also have a very generous allocation of parking.
