The Midlands office of leading commercial property advisor, GVA has expanded its investment team with the appointment of new Senior Surveyor, William Clarke and the promotion of Sam Lawrence to Director.
With over seven years’ experience of the property industry, William joins GVA from UGL Services LLC, based in Saudi Arabia, where he worked as a property consultant, advising on all property management matters.
William’s professional experience includes advising on improving the formal property handover procedure from principal contractors, due diligence and compliance and the provision of facilities management over an extensive geographical region.
William said: “I am thrilled to be returning the UK market and joining the team at GVA. They have a strong and well defined property management team on both a national level and in the Midlands, and I look forward to joining the team during this period of continual growth.”
Alongside William’s appointment, Sam Lawrence, who joined GVA five years ago, has been promoted to Director. Sam manages numerous high profile schemes located in the heart of Birmingham’s city centre, including Brindleyplace, The Axis Building and Victoria Square House.
