DTZ has announced 101 promotions across its UK business, including four to its Newcastle office.
Promotions were made across almost all of DTZ’s service lines including Agency Leasing, Investment & Asset Management, Research, Property Management, Retail, Rating, Valuation, and Project & Building Consultancy.
Ashleigh Tokarski (Development Consulting), Richard Houghton (Valuation) and Jim Stevenson (Project and Building Consultancy) have all been promoted to Associate Director. Carl Howarth, Head of Property Management across Newcastle and Leeds has been promoted to Director.
Tony Hordon, Senior Director and Head of DTZ’s Newcastle office, commented: “Throughout the downturn, DTZ continued to invest in our people and offer career progression. As the market becomes more favourable we have adopted an ambitious growth agenda and I am delighted to announce the promotion of these future leaders of our business. ”
In total, 158 promotions were announced across DTZ’s EMEA business, including three International Directors, DTZ’s most senior grade.
