Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby have let 1113 Christchurch Road, Boscombe East to Disappearing Ink Ltd who will use the space as a tattoo studio.
The subject premises comprise a net sales area of 567 sq ft and 171 sq ft of ancillary storage. The quoting rental was £4,995 per annum, exclusive and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease.
