GVA has been appointed to market a multi-let high-yielding retail investment opportunity in the heart of Barrow-in-Furness.
Portland Walk forms the main hub of Barrow town centre’s retail district, and the investment opportunity incorporates five two-storey retail units that make up a substantial section of the Portland Walk Shopping Centre.
Covenant tenants include Card Factory, O2, Game, New Look and River Island, representing an annual total income of around £385,500, which is set to rise to more than £400,000 by October 2014.
