Birmingham Sport and Physical Activity Trust has leased 2,100 sq ft of office space at Cobalt Square in Edgbaston. Global property advisors Colliers International advised the landlord, Topland Group.
The company has acquired office space on the 11th floor of Cobalt Square, on a five-year lease
Birmingham Sport and Physical Activity Trust plays a key role in shaping sport strategy and policy, working with a range of public and private sport and leisure providers in the Birmingham area.
Joint agents Colliers International and Savills acted on behalf of the landlord.
